Global Options T1
Type 1 options — same across every plan and community. Edit once, applies everywhere.
Universal Options T2
Universal options with regional pricing — same option name, description, and definition across all plans, but vendor cost/price varies per (community, phase). Useful when expanding to multiple regions where the same product is sourced from different vendors. Editor with per-(community, phase) pricing grid coming when needed.
